Service Scope
Print Palette provides photo and art printing services by appointment, including file review, size and paper consultation, test print review, and production of approved print work. Any service scope depends on the files submitted, the materials confirmed, and the studio's current capacity.

Prices are based on print size, paper or material selection, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately when offered. Payment methods accepted are limited to those confirmed at the time of order, and no order is final until the applicable charges are approved and received.

The studio may review files for resolution, profile, margins, and other basic preflight issues, but it does not verify spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy unless that review is expressly agreed in writing. Materials, finishes, and production timing remain subject to availability and confirmation.
All artwork, images, fonts, trademarks, and other content supplied by the customer remain the customer's responsibility, and the customer must hold the rights needed for printing and use. Print Palette does not acquire ownership of customer content by processing or printing it.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Palette is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for differences between screen appearance and printed output, between separate materials, or between different production batches. No guarantee is given for exact color matching, archival performance, or a specific result beyond the approved file and selected materials.
